We had a family reunion there and it was a beautiful indoor space and great outdoor space as well. Very good place for aging families plus with rooms for rent it makes it nice and convenient for out of town guests. And who can't relax and enjoy a peaceful view of the river and woods.
This is the best place to go swimming,boating,kayaking,fishing, and just a great place to spend time with the family.they only ask that u clean up ur mess and be respectful.it’s a very clean place,muscles for miles and miles.there is even a spot to hit golf balls at.during certain times of the yr,you can go and watch all the turtles lay there eggs.there is so many in such a small area
Turtle Bay Lodge is a beautiful place to stay! The rooms are absolutely gorgeous and spotlessly clean! The lodge has a very large front porch with wonderful furniture to sit and enjoy your coffee or glass of wine while you look across the way at the river and beautiful scenery. We woke up to a beautifully set table with breakfast waiting for us. Ray and Jan are the sweetest, most hospitable people. We really enjoyed meeting them and we appreciate them so much for such a comfortable, beautiful stay. We can’t wait for our next visit to the beautiful Turtle Bay Lodge!
Our stay was fantastic. My husband and I stayed there on a cold and snowy weekend and it was so wonderful and cozy! Jan is a wonderful cook and made the most delicious breakfasts. We will definitely be staying in this beautiful lodge again!
